Pokemon Rumble Game Box (16 Exclusive Promo Cards)

This pokemon rumble game box is the tabletop tie-in to the Pokémon Rumble WiiWare game. Then, the English box released on December 2, 2009. It turns the TCG into a Battle Royale board game for two to seven players. Meanwhile, every box holds the same fixed contents. So collectors know the full set before they open anything.

Inside the pokemon rumble game box

The box holds 16 exclusive Pokémon TCG cards, and each one carries a foil Pokémon Rumble logo stamp. For example, three of those sixteen are all-foil cards. Pikachu (7/16) and Mew (10/16) lead the checklist on value. Meanwhile, Venusaur opens the set at 1/16, and Mewtwo, Zapdos, Gyarados, and Lucario fill the middle. A full-colour Battle Royale game mat sets the board. Then, four Energy dice, one Target die, damage counters, and 14 player markers complete the kit. Pokémon’s official TCG page covers the wider game this box spun off from.

A fixed set with no chase packs

Buyers choose a pokemon rumble game box because the contents never vary. No booster randomness hides inside. As a result, one box completes the full English set of 16 in a single purchase. Note one honest gap in the checklist, though: this set has no Charizard card at all. Families also rate the game itself, since Battle Royale plays fast and seats up to seven. Graders hunt clean copies of the logo-stamped promos instead. Browse our other sealed products for more boxed Pokémon product.
