Yu-Gi-Oh! 1st Edition Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon Booster Box

This blue eyes booster box is a sealed 1st Edition display of Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon. Upper Deck brought the set to North America on March 8, 2002, under Konami. It was the first Yu-Gi-Oh! set released in English. The box holds 24 packs, and each pack holds 9 cards. So it speaks to vintage sealed collectors and first-era duelists at once.

Why collectors chase this blue eyes booster box

The chase list reads like a hall of fame. Blue-Eyes White Dragon (LOB-001) leads the set as an Ultra Rare. Dark Magician (LOB-005) and Red-Eyes B. Dragon (LOB-070) stand beside it. The five Exodia pieces (LOB-120 to LOB-124) hide in the checklist too. Monster Reborn (LOB-118) adds one more classic pull. Two Secret Rares close the set: Tri-Horned Dragon (LOB-000) and Gaia the Dragon Champion (LOB-125). Konami’s official Yu-Gi-Oh! site covers the game’s modern era for contrast.

The first set, still sealed

A blue eyes booster box also carries history that reprints cannot copy. The 2023 anniversary reprint looks similar, but it is a different product entirely. Original 2002 boxes came in more than one variation, and each variation yields a different Secret Rare. Sealed survivors therefore draw display collectors as much as pack hunters. Some buyers hold the box untouched as a first-set artifact. Others plan one careful break with friends. Either way, browse our other sealed products if you collect early sealed stock across games. Few first sets hold this kind of pull across generations. The artwork alone carries the early anime era.
